Many years ago, my parents moved from America down under, to Australia. My grandparents went to visit them there, and my grandfather learned many of their stories and poems. After many years, my parents moved back to America and I was born, brought up around stories of a mysterious land far away, down below the equator told by my parents and grandparents. Raised among these tales and poems, I dreamt of that far away land. These songs are those dreams. Though I have never been to Australia, I still often imagine the spirit of the people that settled the land there, and it has inspired much of my music. Now, I pass those dreams on to you.
